Confidentiality
Our sessions will be confidential. However, if something that you share with me may cause you or someone else serious harm, I may be obligated to contact an outside agency. I will take every opportunity to discuss with you first.
In accordance with GDPR regulations and BACP guidelines all personal information that Your Time Your Therapy collect will be stored securely and in compliance with my insurance provider.
I can offer you support face-to-face, online or by telephone, ensuring that you choose what best suits your needs.
Availability
I am available for sessions Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (both days and evenings) and Saturday afternoon (sessions 12pm-5pm).
Sessions Fees
In-person counselling £55.00 per 50 minutes.
Online or telephone counselling £55 per 50 minutes.
Payment
Payment is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations & Holidays
When you schedule an appointment for a session, that time is set aside for you. If you do not cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend a booked session, the full fee for that session will be charged. It may be possible to reschedule another session within the same week depending on availability.
Locations
I work in various locations in Essex including the following: Buckhurst Hill, Romford, Gidea Park and Harold Wood.
