I understand how difficult it is to be vulnerable and share deepest parts of yourself with someone you hardly know.
Feeling a sense of connection is one of the most important keys to therapy.
Life’s complexities can feel overwhelming. Many of our challenges stem from our relationships with others. Understanding the emotional impact these relationships have on our mental well-being is essential for uncovering your authentic self.

My intention is for you to feel safe during our sessions, where you’ll be supported in speaking freely.
Therapy offers a space to simply be yourself. Together, we can explore what is going on for you without judgement. This is a space where you can find your voice without fear or anxiety while navigating your path to healing and well-being.
Together we can explore a range of therapeutic approaches that will help to increase your self-awareness and build your confidence.
Even if this has diminished within a relationship by loss or other means, whether with a partner, family member, friend, or work colleague.
We’ll address feelings of anxiety, self-criticism, and feelings of inadequacy while working to improve your relationship skills and develop healthier responses to challenging situations.

My expertise lies in guiding clients through the complexities of anxiety, depression, and relational distress.
I work with diverse individuals navigating the impact of trauma (both childhood and adult), abuse, loss, grief, and low self-esteem to foster resilience and healing. I address relationship challenges stemming from other complexities such as cultural and gender identities.
My experience supports neurodivergent individuals (dyslexia, ADHD, autism) and the impact of how neurodivergence impacts the family in building healthier relationships.
